We arrange shipment to the address you provide. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.

5. Product Information: Custom and Prescription Items

We strive for accuracy, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error‑free. Custom or prescription lenses and other personalized items may be final sale and non‑returnable as set out in our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
